    The ferry to the USS Arizona Memorial is operated by the National Park Service and may be canceled in rare cases due to weather or dock conditions. If this occurs, your tour will continue with the other scheduled experiences, but refunds are not provided for missed ferry service.

    Our tours are available every day of the year. However, please note that most popular facilities, including Pearl Harbor, are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Important: No purses, backpacks, or fanny packs are permitted in Pearl Harbor unless in clear bag. If you bring a non-compliant bag, storage lockers are available at the entrance for a small fee.

If you will be visiting Pearl Harbor, the Pearl Harbor management requests that you wear a top and bottom (no bikinis, etc.) and closed-toed shoes. If you will be participating in a tour that will be making beach or swimming stops, please bring beach shoes such as flip-flops, a change of clothes, and a towel.

    Cameras are allowed into Pearl Harbor but no camera bags may accompany them.

  • What is the "no bag" policy for Pearl Harbor tours?

    Pearl Harbor has a strict “no bag” policy to ensure the safety of visitors and staff. Anything with a zipper that can hide contraband items, including diaper bags, purses, fanny-packs, camera bags, backpacks, luggage, etc., are prohibited. A bag check station will be available where you can store your belongings for a fee of $7 per bag.
