    Our tours are available every day of the year. However, please note that most popular facilities, including Pearl Harbor, are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    You can cancel more than 24 hours before the tour for a full refund, minus a 10% service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. The tour operates rain or shine. If the USS Arizona ferry is canceled due to weather or dock conditions, alternative arrangements will be made, but refunds are not issued for that portion.

  • Can you accommodate persons with disabilities on your private Oahu tours and Pearl Harbor tours?

    Our vehicles can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs only; they are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. When you book your tour, please let us know of any special needs in your travel party, such as a front seat or a collapsible wheelchair.
