Our tours are available every day of the year. However, please note that most popular facilities, including Pearl Harbor, are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

You can cancel more than 24 hours before the tour for a full refund, minus a 10% service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. The tour operates rain or shine. If the USS Arizona ferry is canceled due to weather or dock conditions, alternative arrangements will be made, but refunds are not issued for that portion.

Our vehicles can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs only; they are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. When you book your tour, please let us know of any special needs in your travel party, such as a front seat or a collapsible wheelchair.

Your guide will pick you up directly from your Waikiki hotel or nearby location. After the tour concludes, you’ll be dropped off at the same location unless other arrangements are made. Pickup time and details will be confirmed in advance to ensure a smooth start.

Expect a mix of walking, standing, and indoor/outdoor exploration. A short Navy-operated ferry ride is required to reach the USS Arizona Memorial, so motion-sensitive guests may want to bring motion aids. Cameras are allowed, and there will be time for quiet reflection at key sites.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and lightweight clothing suitable for Oahu’s warm weather. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a reusable water bottle are recommended. Backpacks, purses, or fanny packs are prohibited unless they are clear and meet size guidelines.

Dress comfortably. Wear shoes if your tour will involve extensive walking. If you will be visiting Pearl Harbor, the Pearl Harbor management requests that you wear a top and bottom (no bikinis, etc.) and closed-toed shoes. If you will be participating in a tour that will be making beach or swimming stops, please bring beach shoes such as flip-flops, a change of clothes, and a towel.

Cameras are allowed into Pearl Harbor but no camera bags may accompany them.

Pearl Harbor has a strict “no bag” policy to ensure the safety of visitors and staff. Anything with a zipper that can hide contraband items, including diaper bags, purses, fanny-packs, camera bags, backpacks, luggage, etc., are prohibited. A bag check station will be available where you can store your belongings for a fee of $3 per bag.

To ensure you don’t miss out on any part of your tour, we start and end tours at your accommodations. Your tour guide will be sharing historical information on the way to Pearl Harbor and the tour is completed on the way back to your accommodations.
