Our tours are available every day of the year. However, please note that most popular facilities, including Pearl Harbor, are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

You may cancel more than 24 hours in advance for a full refund minus a 10% service fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. The tour runs rain or shine. If the USS Arizona ferry is closed due to weather or dock conditions, alternate content will be provided, but refunds will not be given for that portion.

Our vehicles can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs only; they are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. When you book your tour, please let us know of any special needs in your travel party, such as a front seat or a collapsible wheelchair.

Pickup location and exact meeting details are arranged upon booking. The tour begins in Honolulu and includes transportation to Pearl Harbor and Ford Island, where you’ll explore key sites like the USS Missouri Battleship with expert narration.

To ensure you don’t miss out on any part of your tour, we start and end tours at your accommodations. Your tour guide will be sharing historical information on the way to Pearl Harbor and the tour is completed on the way back to your accommodations.

Pearl Harbor has a strict “no bag” policy to ensure the safety of visitors and staff. Anything with a zipper that can hide contraband items, including diaper bags, purses, fanny-packs, camera bags, backpacks, luggage, etc., are prohibited. A bag check station will be available where you can store your belongings for a fee of $3 per bag.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, as some parts of the tour are outdoors. Bring a government-issued photo ID, sun protection, and a fully charged phone or camera. Bags are not allowed at Pearl Harbor unless they are clear and meet security size requirements.

Cameras are allowed into Pearl Harbor but no camera bags may accompany them.

Dress comfortably. Wear shoes if your tour will involve extensive walking. If you will be visiting Pearl Harbor, the Pearl Harbor management requests that you wear a top and bottom (no bikinis, etc.) and closed-toed shoes. If you will be participating in a tour that will be making beach or swimming stops, please bring beach shoes such as flip-flops, a change of clothes, and a towel.
